I am experiencing an issue with an app or tool

If you are experiencing an issue with an app or tool that interacts with Premiumize.me, we will be happy to assist you. First, you should check whether the software you are using is supported by us. We have provided a list here, including step-by-step instructions.

Since every piece of software is unique, we can only provide a few general tips. In general, you should make sure that your account has active premium status and that you still have fair use or booster points available.

If you are unable to resolve your issue, please contact our customer service team. Please provide as much information as possible, including at least a description of the error, example links or files, and logs if available.

Since we offer an open API interface, any developer can integrate Premiumize.me into their app. Unfortunately, we can only provide very limited support for unofficial third-party apps (i.e. software that you couldn't find in our list), as we are not in contact with the developer and have no influence on the respective app. Please also note that the use of such software is entirely at your own risk. If you encounter problems with such apps and tools, we recommend contacting the respective developer.
