My account is still inactive after payment
Payments are generally credited to your account automatically after payment, but for technical or operational reasons, it may take some time in individual cases for our payment service providers to inform us that the payment has been made. This should normally only take a few minutes, at most one hour.
If your payment has not been credited after an hour, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to help you. Please provide us with all the necessary information so that we can locate your payment as quickly as possible:

- Order ID (this is assigned by our payment service provider; in most cases, you will have received it by email)

- Purchased Package
- Payment Amount
Furthermore, there are special conditions for the payment methods listed below. Please read these carefully so that we can process your payment as quickly as possible.
Credit Card We use various payment service providers to process credit card payments. Therefore, please let us know which service provider processed your payment. If you do not know, please check your emails. In many cases, you will have received a confirmation email containing lots of useful information. Alternatively, you can send us the order id or a screenshot of your credit card statement.
PayPal We use various payment service providers to process PayPal payments. Therefore, please let us know which service provider processed your payment. You can find this information in your PayPal account and, in many cases, you will also have received a confirmation email containing the order id. Please note that we do not have access to PayPal payment details. This means that we cannot locate the transaction ourselves using the PayPal transaction ID. We can only do this manually via our payment service provider, which involves additional waiting time.
CashToCode Please also send us the receipt you received from your CashToCode sales point.
Crypto Currencies With cryptocurrencies, there can be many reasons why your payment has not been posted yet. Please check your payment directly with Coinpayments first. All you have to do is enter your transaction number or bitcoin address on this page. Most likely your payment expired before it was fully confirmed. In that case, you should have received an email to refund the coins. Please contact Coinpayments directly if you have any questions. If your payment has been successfully paid, please wait at least one hour before contacting us. 99.9% of payments are still credited during this time. If you contact us, please be sure to send us the transaction ID that you received from Coinpayments.net via email.
