A certain service does not work. What can I do?
Whilst we naturally strive to provide our service as smoothly as possible, we cannot completely rule out errors, disruptions or outages. In particular, for services where we rely on external providers (e.g. external websites, file-hosting services or the AI chat), we may not be able to resolve issues immediately, as our control over these matters is limited.
Before you contact our customer service team, it’s best to check first whether we’re already aware of the issue:
- You can find news, updates and major disruptions on our News page. These are also displayed as banners on every page of our website.
- You can find information about disruptions, outages and scheduled maintenance directly via the banner on our Help page. If there is no banner displayed, this means there are no known disruptions.
- You can check the status of supported websites and file-hosting services right here. If there is a problem with any of these services, you will see a yellow exclamation mark or a red X.
In case we are not aware of the problem, please open a ticket and make sure to include a link that gave you problems and a small error description. If available, do not forget to provide the error message.
