For security reasons, you can only use your personal password to log in to your account on our website. For all other purposes (e.g. jDownloader, Kodi-Addons, VPN, etc.) you need your customer id and your PIN/API-Key (or just your PIN/API-Key). You can find both in your account overview. The only exception is our VoIP offer, but you can find the login data here.
