Knowledgebase / Technical and Plugins / I get the error "NS_ERROR_NET_INADEQUATE_SECURITY" when trying to access the Premiumize.me website

In case you get the error NS_ERROR_NET_INADEQUATE_SECURITY when trying to access premiumize.me, your browser is not able to handle the certificate.

This problem should occur with older versions of Firefox (v.43-48) only, so you consider updating to the latest version.

If you do not want or cannot update, you can proceed the following steps to ignore this error:

Enter about:config in the url bar of your firefox browser and confirm that you know what you are doing. Search for network.http.spdy.enabled.http2 and set its value to false.

You should now be able to access Premiumize.me again. Please note that we do not provide support for outdated software versions.
